The consultancy was set up in 2006 though Caroline Greene has been working as a freelance consultant for some 25 years. Clients approach us to develop creative interventions to help free up deadlocked negotiations; to handle difficult personal and business situations; to provide a fresh viewpoint on different problems that have been intractable and also to generate innovative strategies directed at changing relationship dynamics.
